There are typically 3 reasons why a player may get an error message when signing up for an event:
Event is set for “private” and they are not a member.
Player’s profile has their rating outside of skill parameters set in event creation process by club admin.
Admin’s can manually edit a player/member’s skill level by going to the web version, clicking “members” tab, finding player’s name, clicking the 3 dots next to their name, and then selecting “edit skill level.”
There is a maximum in the event already.
If you experience an issue signing up for an event please report on your phone by shaking device and submitting a bug report with details, and then contact your club leader to ask to be manually added to an event.
