PicklePlay Round Robin Tournament Formats:
PicklePlay Round Robin Tournaments start with pool play to get the teams seeded for a single elimination bracket. The top 4, 8, 12, or 16 teams advance to the bracket depending on the size of the event. (15,17,18, & 19 team formats coming in the future, currently not available)
The registering player signs up by clicking the “register” button, gives their team a name and then selects their partner from the member list (make sure both players are members in the PicklePlay club first). Registration is finished by the player paying for both players as PicklePlay collects one team registration fee. If a registration fee is benign collected
Breakdown:
Players sign up and pay (if applicable) as teams with a team name. Typically players put their last names as the team name or also can make up a fun name to display.
Pool play every team plays every other team in their pool, PicklePlay will keep track of total wins, total points, and total point differential and seed players to determine single elimination bracket placement.
Team # must match the # in settings before “Start Event” will show up for admins to start the event. Once event has started, it cannot be un-started so ensure all your teams are in and ready to play BEFORE clicking “Start Event”

Payment collection for Round Robin Tournaments is collected by Team Fees- one player pays for both players upon registration.
