Creating events
In the App, go to your club tab and click the “Schedule Tab” - or - on the website, go to Club and click “Schedule”
In App, click on the purple circle +
Fill in the blanks for the event details.
Name, Choose the type of event, Start and End Time, Time Zone
Does it repeat? If so, add repeat details and end date.
Select a court or facility by name or by address
Is it a public event? If so, it will be shared to all PicklePlay users near you.
Is it a private event? If so, it will only be shared with your Club members.
If you are attending, check the box for “I’m attending” to save yourself the time to register
Click More to: invite players, add a separate website url for registration, add a contact phone number, specify (Double, Singles, or Drills).
Add maximum and minimum number of players. Auto waitlist on all events, PicklePlay will automatically add a player when another cancels registration. If it is paid event it will give the first player on the waitlist a notification and 4 hours to sign up and pay for the next open spot before offering it to the next player in line on the waitlist.
Set Player rating
Choose to Delay the registration for a future date so that you can prepare other pre-event details
Add the option to pay through the app with a Stripe Account (Club+ Benefit)
Set different payment options like member or non-member prices.
