Welcome to PicklePlay Club Management Software! Our platform is completely free for all club leaders and members. This guide will help you get started.

Logging In

• Existing Users: Use your PicklePlay app credentials to log in. Your club details, schedule, and member information will automatically sync.

• New Users: Create an account directly on the web platform.

• Mobile Access: Download our free app on Android or iOS to manage your club on the go.

Platform Accessibility

PicklePlay Club Management is web-based and can be accessed from any:

• Laptop or desktop computer

• iPad or tablet

• Mobile device

Creating Your Club

If you don't already have a club in our system:

1. Click "Add New Club"

2. Fill out your club information

3. Add a club photo (optional)

4. Save your club settings

Managing Your Club

Once your club is set up, you can:

• Schedule Management: Create and post play events

• Attendance Tracking: Monitor who's attending events and their skill levels

• Member Communication: Send email announcements to all members

• Financial Management: Collect and manage monthly or yearly membership dues
